Day 01: Entry Beijing
Upon your arrival in Beijing---the capital of China, our professional tour guide will meet you at the airport and accompany you to the hotel with air-conditioned van or bus. The rest time is at your leisure.
Day 02: Beijing
Visit the Tiananmen Square, the must place to see in Beijing. Cross the gate of Tiananmen into the Forbidden City, the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties, it is the world's largest palace complex and covers 74 hectares. After lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven, a masterpiece of architecture and the ritual center of the imperial government in Ming & Qing Dynasties. Enjoy Beijing roast duck dinner in the evening.
Day 03: Beijing
Today’s highlight is to visit the Great Wall, the most magnificent defense works in the world. The Wall rises and falls with the contours of the mountains westward extending more than 5000 kilometers from its origin at the seaside in Shanhaiguan to the Gobi desert Jiayuguan in the west. Then, visit the Summer Palace, the best preserved and the second largest royal garden in China, with a history of over 800 years.
Day 04: Beijing/ Zhangjiajie National Park
Take a flight to Zhanjiajie from Beijing. Zhangjiajie boasts more than 3,000 peaks which look like bamboo shoots, spectacular, grotesque, lofty and elegant. It's a dreamland of stunning beauty and called the real labyrinth of nature, as well as the original Chinese paintings. Upon arrival, check in the Zhangjiajie International Hotel.
Day 05: Zhangjiajie National Park
Visit the Zhangjiajie National Park, a nature created fairyland with fabulous peaks, deep valleys, peculiar rocks, and limpid water, Huangshizhai (Yellow Stone Village), a combined characteristic of being fantastic, graceful, tranquil and wild. Huangshizhai and Jinbianxi are two musts of the national park.
Day 06: Zhangjiajie National Park
Today, visit Tianzi Mountain which was named after the Tujia People rebellion chief Xiangwang Tianzi (Emperor Xiangwang). The platform, rising above the surrounding countryside, is the most conspicuous feature of Tianzi Mountain.
Day 07: Zhangjiajie National Park/ Guilin
Transfer to Changsha South Railway Station and take a high- speed train to Guilin – known for its picturesque mountain, clear rivers and karst caves. The evening is at your leisure to explore the beauty of Guilin.
Day 08: Guilin/Li River/Yangshuo
Today’s excursion is a cruise along the meandering Li River that reveals the haunting beauty of Guilin’s mist-wrapped monolithic peaks. Experience the magical beauty of limestone rock formations and farmland commonly seen in Chinese landscape paintings. Disembark at the one thousand year old town Yangshuo to experience a colorful local market, West Street. Then, come back to Guilin.
Day 09: Guilin/Longji Terraced Field
In the morning, drive 2-3 hours to Longji Terraced Fields. Hike about 1 hour up to Ping’An village and visit the rice terraces on Dragon’s Back Mountain where Zhuang and Yao Ethnic Tribes have inhabited there for hundreds years. The world-famous-terraced rice fields are between 880 and 380 meters above sea level. Visit the Huangluo Yao Village and enjoy “long-hair “dance show at the village, as well as Golden Bamboo Zhuang minority village. Then, drive back to Guilin.
Day 10: Guilin/Canton
Visit the Reed Flute Cave - with its spectacular display of stalagmites and stalactites, and Elephant Trunk Hill - the symbol of Guilin and Fubo Hill – with full historical and cultural relics and providing a bird's eye view of the whole city and Li River. Then, take an afternoon flight to Canton and check in a hotel.
Day 11: Canton
A full day tour to Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall - the most important relic in Guangdong Province, Yuexiu Park – the largest park in the city and famous for its beautiful scenery, Chen Family Temple – known for for its exquisite craftsmanship including wood, stone, and brick carving, and metalwork using copper and iron, and Southern Yue King Mausoleum Museum - the oldest and largest Han tomb with the most funerary objects in south of China.
Day 12: Canton/Hong Kong
Take a morning high-speed train to Hong Kong. After check in a hotel, have a half day city tour include Victoria Peak to have the spectacular view of the surrounding city skyline, the world-famous Victoria Harbour and Kowloon, Sky Terrace - the highest viewing platform in Hong Kong, Aberdeen Fishing Village - an old traditional fishing village (with an optional sampan ride), Repulse Bay and Stanley Market - a paradise with numerous shops selling a wide range of souvenirs, clothing and accessories.
Day 13: Hong Kong
Today is at your leisure to explore the beauty of Hong Kong or take shopping at the dynamic city and shopper’s paradise.
Day 14: Departure
After breakfast, transfer to the airport and fly to your next destination.
